Welcome Spring Home Tour
How are you all doing?? Originally I had this post scheduled to go live while we were away on our family vacation in Hawaii. Like so many others, our spring break plans changed with the COVID-19 virus and it feels like things are changing by the hour. We’ve never seen anything like this. It’s emotional and that’s why gratitude and finding joy in simple pleasures and time together is more important than ever. We spent the weekend as a family enjoying the outdoors and also preparing for more time at home. I hope my Welcome Spring Home Tour will give you some inspiration for bringing beauty to your home during this difficult time. I also hope that by continuing to share, as usual, you find comfort in some things being the same. I’m joining over 20 bloggers for the Seasonal Simplicity series, who will all be sharing their spring home tours throughout this week. So come on in, let me show you around!
Here’s a little sneak peek of my front front door decorated for spring. You’ll be seeing more of this in an upcoming post!
My entryway is ready for spring with this cheerful pillow and colorful rain boots.
Soft pinks and greens have been the focus of my decor this spring. I added this basket on the table and some lovely new cushions to tie it all in. A single pink tulip on the mantle and this hyacinth on the coffee table are a beautiful way to bring the outdoors in during springtime. See more of my Light and Neutral Spring Mantle here.
These rose wall decals in the dining room give a fun pop of color to an otherwise neutral palette. A textured vessel candle and white prayer beads are looking pretty on this side table.
I’m obsessed with these new floating shelves in the dining room! They’re the perfect place to display my milk glass collection and some pretty things for spring. You can see more of my Fresh and Floral Spring Table here.
Let’s head upstairs so I can show you my master bedroom and upstairs landing. Tea and scones are waiting!
The prettiest teapot and teacups and saucers are perfect for breakfast in bed! Fresh new organic sheets are a welcome addition and perfect for catching up on sleep over spring break. They are generous in size, so easy to put on and ultra-luxurious!
Over on the dresser, you’ll see the third watercolor print that matches the other two on my mantle. More tulips, some hobnail glass, and a catch-all basket finish up this fresh new look in here.
My upstairs landing console table also got an update for spring. I went for a very minimal look with 2 kinds of fresh hydrangeas and a display of neutral books below. I love this look so much, I’ll be recreating it with faux blooms to last all season long!
I hope you’ve enjoyed my Welcome Spring Home Tour. Creating a beautiful home and life for my family is what I love most and I’m grateful to share it here with you. I hope it brings you a sense of calm and joy today. Sending you all much love.
HAPPY SPRING!
