Fall Console Table: Three Different Looks
Welcome to our Fall Home Tour!! I’m so glad you’re joining us today and if this is your first time visiting my blog, I’m so glad you stopped by! Make sure to visit all the bloggers on the tour (listed at the end of the post) for some fabulous inspiration to get your home ready for fall. I have an unofficial rule about not sharing pumpkins before Labor Day, so I’m pretty excited the gates are finally open! Today I’m sharing my fall console table, which is located on our upstairs landing hallway. I thought it would be fun to show you three different looks: Traditional, Romantic and Natural. Which one will be your fave?!?
I started with this chunky fall sign and tobacco basket and added in different decor to switch things up. The changes are subtle, but just enough to give the table a different look.
fall console table: traditional
I haven’t decorated with traditional fall colours like orange or yellow in years! I wanted to add just a few pops of colour into my fall decor and see if my neutral loving heart could love it. Have to say I am pleasantly surprised and loving how cheerful adding a bit of colour to this space is!
I used a mix of faux and fresh flowers, but these fresh sunflowers from our local sunflower festival really steal the show. Sunflowers are also the perfect transitional flower between late summer and early fall. If you like to make a statement with colour and flowers, this is a great option for your fall decor!
The raffia pumpkin and wheat stalk stay true to this traditional fall look and give a beautiful texture to the table.
Down below, I filled this mini apple basket with faux greens and the white pumpkin is another take away from the sunflower festival. Fall is the perfect time to layer pillows and throws in your decor, just in case you need a few extra for cozy nights in.
fall console table: romantic
Blush pink is still one of my favourite accent colours in decor right now, so creating a romantic fall look using subtle hints of pink seems entirely appropriate. While pink might not come to mind when you think of fall decor, I really think it can work if you keep it subtle!
I used faux pink flowers and berries in the tobacco basket and added a pink ceramic pumpkin with a fall scented sachet inside that smells amazing every time I walk past it. The dip dyed pink belly basket was a summer find but looks entirely at home in this fall vignette.
The ruffle on this fall pillow and the pink faux rug give lots of cozy, romantic texture to this space without screaming fall. If feminine cozy is your jam then this look is for you!
fall console table: natural
For this natural look I used sage green accents, which is another colour I haven’t decorated with in a while. I really like how calm and fresh this look is!
I used lots of faux blooms and greenery here, but this same look could easily be created with fresh dahlias, mums and eucalyptus.
Fall is about getting cozy right?!? You just can’t go wrong layering extra pillows and throws. The neutral colours here keep things serene and light, so if you like to keep it simple, this is a great look for you!
So which look is your fave? I’m dying to know!! I could honestly live with all three happily. Stay tuned to find out which one is a keeper. I hope my fall console table looks have given you some ideas for your own fall decor.
happy fall y’all!! Judy xox
