Styling With Tulips
Tulips are one of my favourite Spring flowers 🌷 In my neck of the woods (Vancouver, BC) they are the first flower to appear in the grocery stores after Christmas that give us hope Spring is not too far away. Why do I love them so much?!? Well… they’re affordable, available everywhere, come in tons of different colours and varieties and so simple to style. Also because I got married in April and had a big bouquet of white tulips!! Let me show you my favourite and creative ways to style tulips that will have you running out the door to grab your own bunch!
This silver champagne bucket is a recent thrift store find that makes a classy impact filled with several bunches. Perfect for an Easter tablescape, brunch or wedding shower.
A single stem or two makes a simple but eye-catching statement in a clear bud or ceramic vase. You can also fill your bud vase with crystals or stones for more interest.
Sometimes when I’m entertaining, I use a single stem or two in a powder room or entry table to tie it in with a larger arrangement on my tablescape.
You know I love my milk glass and tulips are oh so pretty in them!
It’s fun to display flowers on the wall too! My eco deer is the perfect place to showcase a couple of sweet tulips. It’s a little unexpected, but adds life to this gallery wall in my hallway.
I’ll bet you have a mason jar or two hiding in your cupboard! They make a perfect casual container for tulips that feels like they were fresh picked. Tie a pretty ribbon on for extra detail 👌🏻
Instead of tossing your used candle vessels in recycling, clean them out and use them as a vase. It’s a great way to keep enjoying the look of your favourite candle!
If you thought crystal was oh so your grandmother think again! Tulips in a crystal vase look super classy and stylish when paired with other modern elements like my sofa and waterfall coffee table.
Tulips really look pretty in any container no matter how chippy or fancy, so have fun and try something unexpected next time you bring a bunch home. All these tulips indoors really have me dreaming of Spring outdoors, how about you?!? We’ll see you next week for some Easter inspiration. Thanks for stopping by today!

So beautiful! Love your classy and timeless style! Where is that cute candle snuffer (I think that’s what they are called haha) from?
Thank you Areeba!! That one is a wick trimmer 🙂 It trims the wick perfectly so your candles last longer. It’s from The Cross Decor and Design here in Vancouver. xo
