Blush Pink Holiday Bedroom

Well the holidays are really in full swing now! Most of my decorating is done and I’m moving on to Christmas baking and shopping. As much as I love the creative process, I have to admit it’s pretty nice to sit back , relax with family and friends, and have a Christmas cocktail 🍸  If you’ve been following along with me on Instagram for a while, you know I’ve been on a blush pink kick for a while now.  I knew I needed to incorporate blush somewhere into my Christmas decor and then I found the cutest little bottle brush tree ornament…

Isn’t she pretty?!? 💗 This sweet ornament became the inspiration for my blush pencil tree and the rest of the master bedroom. Surprisingly my husband didn’t complain one bit!

I added strips of silk ribbon tied simply and a few other blush ornaments to the tree. The cute sign was an inexpensive find that just happened to match my theme perfectly 🙌🏻  I already had the rose gold vase and a pretty new candle finishes off my dresser look.

On the bed I kept things subtle staying true to my neutral loving heart, adding a faux fur pillow and a simple frosted rose.  Even though pink isn’t a traditional Christmas colour, I think it works, as long as you keep things minimal and mix them with other festive items like this holiday pillow.

A few more blush pink accents over on the chair add texture and coziness. I already had this pink scarf and couldn’t resist this faux fur bag with pom pom.  I’ve never decorated with pink during the holidays before but honestly I could’t be more thrilled with how this room turned out.  And since it isn’t a traditional Christmas colour, I won’t feel the need to take it all down the minute Christmas is over.  There’s a good chance you’ll still see my tree in January!  If you missed my Natural Christmas Home Tour, you can find it here.

I’m so glad you stopped by today! Are you decorating with blush pink this Christmas? It’s not too late to add a few subtle touches in your bedroom, powder room or even your tablescape 💗

It’s absolutely gorgeous! I think it’s done so tastefully, no wonder your husband is not complaining. You’ve added just the right amount of blush and it works really well with neutrals. Loving this color palette these days 🙂
