As soon as summer turns to fall, I’m all about home made soup. And with Thanksgiving just around the corner, I’ve got pumpkin on the brain. So I’m sharing my all time favourite, easy-peasy, Herbed Pumpkin Soup recipe. It’s so quick and easy (even for a week night), I know you’re going to love it!
First sauté the onions.
Then add the broth, pumpkin and spicing. Simmer for 15 mins.
Add milk and reheat. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
That’s it, you’re done!! Serve in small bowls at a dinner party as an appetizer, as a starter for your fall dinner or with a fresh loaf of sourdough as your main meal. Enjoy!!
