The Inspired Home Show 2026: Top Trends & Personal Favourites
I’m so excited and honoured to be back at The Inspired Home Show in Chicago as an Ambassador this year! You may remember I attended the show last year and shared all my favourite finds with you. Well, I’m back with another roundup of what’s new and exciting in home and housewares! The Inspired Home Show is the International Housewares Association’s (IHA) premier global home and housewares marketplace that connects buyers to sellers and while it’s not open to the public, I’ll be giving you a sneak peek of all my favourites and what you’ll be seeing in stores next year so welcome to The Inspired Home Show 2026: Top Trends & Personal Favourites!

The Inspired Home Show 2026 Day One: Clean + Contain/Wired + Well
From the moment I stepped onto the show floor, I was surrounded by beautifully designed small appliances and innovative products that make everyday living feel just a little more special. From muted earthy tones to blue and white florals, customizing your small appliances to suit your design style has never been easier.

Seeing these pieces in person really gets you thinking about how they might fit into your own kitchen. Especially when it comes to creating that perfect cup of coffee at home. Whether you need a machine that does it all or a pour-over is more your style, there was no shortage of coffee inspiration.

Something I really love about the Show is getting to preview innovative new products that are just new to the market or haven’t been released yet! A few favourites were an air fryer with Infra-Ready technology, an aesthetic self-watering planter and a toaster that doubles as an air fryer.

I loved discovering so many pretty and practical solutions across the kitchen, laundry, and bath categories. It’s clear that brands are really leaning into the idea that functional doesn’t have to mean boring. Give me all the blue accents for my home!

We ended the day on a high note, getting dressed up for the gia Awards Gala—such a fun and inspiring evening celebrating creativity and excellence in the industry.

The Inspired Home Show 2026 Day Two: Dine & Decor/Tabletop
Day two might have been my favourite! I spent so much time exploring stunning tabletop displays—from luxury cookware and serving ware to glassware—and I kept spotting my favorite blue and white accents everywhere (clearly having a moment and I’m not mad about it).

One of the highlights of the day was hearing from Leatrice Eiseman of the Pantone Color Institute. Her insights into colour trends and how they shape what we see in our homes were so fascinating—and definitely left me feeling inspired. As a lover of white and neutral decor, I especially loved hearing her talk about this year’s colour of the year: Cloud Dancer.

Also… can we talk about the sourdough moment happening right now? So many brands are leaning into that homemade, slow-living aesthetic, and I love it. I have yet to attempt my own sourdough at home but I’m definitely feeling inspired to try!

Wrapping Up with Community
We closed out the day with Conversation & Cocktails at Inspired Women in Housewares, which was such a fun way to connect and learn from an incredible panel of women in the industry.

It’s been a busy and fun couple of days with the most amazing group of Ambassadors and so much incredible home and housewares inspiration and sneak peeks at what we’ll be seeing in stores soon. I feel so grateful to have attended The Inspired Home Show 2026 and I hope you’ve enjoyed following along with all my picks for top trends and personal favourites. Next year’s show is March 9-11th!
