A Natural and Chic Fall/Thanksgiving Table
If you’re like me, you’re probably wondering where September went and can hardly believe it’s Thanksgiving already! Well, at least here in Canada it is, not to scare my US friends or anything. Since we celebrate earlier here, my Thanksgiving table usually has a very fall feel to it which can be adjusted easily with more or less Thanksgiving elements. This year my Natural and Chic Fall/Thanksgiving Table is all about neutral and natural elements with a touch of glam.
My inspiration for this table all began with these wooden acorns.
Instead of a tablecloth, I used this natural leaf runner as a base for my acorns. Then I added some baby boo pumpkins of course!!
For each place setting, I started with these round burlap placemats. I love their pleated design and found them quite unique. The plates and napkins I already had but how about these animal print napkins rings?!? Animal print is so on-trend in fashion right now and I love when fashion and decor mix!
Since my acorns were filling the centre of my table, I had to get creative with my flower arrangement. Usually I do a centre arrangement of seasonal blooms, but it was fun creating something different with these single stem mums in simple glass vases.
For your convenience, I’ve linked a few of the items I used to create my Natural and Chic Fall/Thanksgiving Table.

I hope I’ve given you some inspiration for your fall or Thanksgiving table this year! To see how I decorated my sideboard for fall and a yummy recipe, check out my Banana Ginger Teacakes with Maple Frosting post from last week. You’ll also find a ton of inspiration for fall and Halloween cupcakes from some blogger friends of mine.
If you are celebrating Thanksgiving next week, wishing you a wonderful holiday! I’m going to be celebrating in a very special place that I hope to share in an upcoming post, so stay tuned for that!
