Mix coffee and liqueur in a wide dish.
In stand or with hand mixer, combine the mascarpone with the pudding until smooth.
Dip about a third of the sponge fingers in the coffee/liqueur mix and line the bottom of your dish with them. Drizzle a bit more of the liquid overtop.
Sprinkle a third of the chocolate followed by a layer of the Mascarpone/pudding mix (about a third of it).
Repeat twice.
Chill for a least 2 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with almonds and more chocolate just before serving and/or add sugared cranberries and sprigs of rosemary.
